Thinking of unusual cranberry sauce combinations, I present my "Thankgiving Leftover Waffle" recipe. Take a waffle (ideally a cornmeal waffle, but any somewhat savory waffle will do), spread pesto on the waffle, lay down slices of jellied cranberry sauce to cover the waffle, then put pieces of leftover turkey on top of the cranberry sauce.
