Having a staircase in a NY apartment just screams "your grandparents have been here forever" to me. This story attempts to find the humanity in Park, or at least the struggle.
I thought him wearing contacts was only a thing after he came back to do a fling with Eve. But I guess he was always wearing contacts? Just like how he was always on the wrong path of empathy.
Park’s not a Bad Guy per se, but he’s certainly not a good one. He’s the guy you knew at Uni that’s become a corporate drone and…meh. You’d never wish him ill, but you wouldn’t want to be stuck in an elevator with him, would you? As for relationships fuhgeddaboudid.
