I like that even if you don't know the backstory/if you're just entering OctoPie on this arc, there is a tiny clue in the speech bubbles all being shaded in a bluey/violet that it might be a memory or a dream sequence or something. Very subtle.
I hate the fact that he left with a forceful slam. I mean, really? You're cheating on her (and you're not even honest about it), then lead her on and break up with her but YOU'RE the one upset with her?
I just realized "You're cheating and not even honest about it" is sort of redundant. What I meant to say is that he's not even strong enough to admit it after breaking up with her.
But she reacted *gasp* BADLY to the breakup anyways! So I guess his anger towards her is justified now, ain't it? (*She says sarcastically, as she goes to grumble under her breath and wishes to give Eve cookies and hugs*)

I'll be honest, I started tearing up because the previous panel hit a bit too close to home for me – but what kind of selfish dick cheats on someone, breaks up with them, and then after getting back together with her gets mad at her for not being able to trust him? This guy.
